Jacquie graduated from West Point and served in the Army for five years including a deployment to Afghanistan. She then attended Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and was hired by McKinsey & Co., consulting with top mining, enterprise technology, and semiconductor companies. Looking to get back to operational leadership she joined Orion Commercial Field Services, a holding company of Alpine Investors and stood up their Facility Maintenance practice. In this role, she built out the strategy and led the operational diligence of multiple companies while serving as president of a national facility maintenance company.
Jacquie's mission is to make sure the founders who took the risks, put in the work, and sacrificed the time are the ones who reap the rewards. Her time straddling private equity and company leadership highlighted the opportunities for growth and profit that many family run companies are missing out on needlessly. Applying key principles at any company can drive visibility into the operation and profit into the organization. By bringing the lessons Jacquie’s learned over years with top consulting and private equity firms she's trying to even the playing field for the family run company.
